Our long-term friends Nico & Sarah of Holybelly Café in Paris run a tight operation sharing the same values as ourselves: benevolence and efficiency. Their world famous slogan “it’s good because we care” is something that inspires us and with an operation that serves 500+ customers a day a lot of care is needed.
